Gavan Design - The Sea Maiden

Character design for the main protagonist of the Scottish fairy tale "The Sea Maiden". Gavan is gifted to a fisherman by the Sea Maiden and meant to be returned to her once he turned twenty. He leaves and takes his own path, picking up a job as a cowherd under a king, which sets of a chain of events that would dramatically change his life.
